The City of Indianapolis hired Anderson + Bohlander in 2016 to assist with the development of site concepts and development yields for a hypothetical Polytechnic High School as part of the larger 16Tech investment occurring on the west side of Downtown Indianapolis. Anderson + Bohlander provided the City with three yield options that included site and parking layouts, building massing, and development yields for a city-owned property on 16th Street. Additonal documentation was provided as case-studies for other emerging tech-based high school programs in the county that can offer students associate degrees
