In 2015, Anderson + Bohlander worked with Greenstreet, Ltd. to develop the Parkview Regional Medical Center Campus Plan. Located north of Fort Wayne on Interstate 69, PRMC is the largest medical facility in the Northeast Indiana region. Parkview Health is located on a plat of land approximately 400 acres in size, but less than half of the property is currently utilized by the hospital for supporting developments. Anderson + Bohlander provided a long-term master plan for the future development of the campus that outlines a vision and broad strategy for future investment that are centered on the principle of Wellness for the hospital, the staff and visitors, and the surrounding community. The plan outlines potentials opportunities for new physical infrastructure in the form of roads and walking paths, pedestrian amenities, natural features, and park space. Future development opportunities are focused on the expansion of core healthcare services within the heart of the campus, but also details new opportunities for the creation of new community focused developments that support community initiatives and job growth.
