Anderson + Bohlander was retained in 2013 to assist Midtown Indianapolis, Inc. with an update to their Future Development Strategies plan, originally developed with principles Josh Anderson while with EDEN Collaborative. The plan includes a number of planning principles and development strategies intended to help guide efforts to stabilize and improve property values, improve pedestrian and multi-modal infrastructure, and focus development efforts on key economic and cultural nodes in the area. Updates to the plan included the re-evaluation of various data points and updated graphics to reflect new plans for the area and surrounding community. Additional information was added to reflect the newly established TIF District boundaries and revised city planning efforts that had come about since the creation of the original document in 2010
