Anderson + Bohlander collaborated with Greenstreet Ltd. to develo the Midtown Anchor Coalition Framework Plan in 2015. The coalition of anchor institutions that participated from the Midtown Indiananapolis community were Butler University, The Indianapolis Museum of Art, the Christian Theological Seminary, Crown Hill Cemetery, The International School of Indiana, the Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood, Midtown Indianapolis, and Citizens Energy. The plan was formulated in various formats to allow the Framework Plan to serve as an organizing set of principles for the Midtown Anchor Coalition members to establish a mission and set of development principles for the area. A secondary set of documents was established that prioritized Catalyst Investment Projects in the area to assist with collective fund raising and promotions that can collectively improve the neighborhood and community
