Anderson + Bohlander was retained in 2018 to coordinate with Elevatus Architects and Kinder and Sons Construction to assist with the completion of a campus master plan. The impetus for the project was the rapidly approaching Centennial of the University in 2030. President Einoff and a team of University administrators tasked the team with preparing a document that would mark the celebration and provide a clear path for future growth strategies. The Plan organizes new building plans, parking considerations, and public open space consideration around three main quads to the campus and a newly recommended Schick Street pedestrian and vehicular connector through campus
