Skyline Terrace is a $91 million mixed-use development in downtown Fort Wayne that includes a residential tower and a 65,000 square foot office tower, home to the headquarters of Ash Brokerage. Anderson + Bohlander worked closely with Design Collaborative to provide Landscape Architectural design and documentation services for what was to be a highly-programmed 43,000 square foot green roof. The design, unrealized due to development constraints, was to provide two distinct zones, a large open community space for programmed activities and events, and a passive landscaped area for smaller more intimate experiences. The community space was large enough to host corporate events, and was to include residential amenities such as outdoor grills, a fire pit, an enclosed dog run, and areas for with raised garden plots. The passive park space was envisioned as a series of raised beds with undulating forms and landscape drifts that would provide a seasonal display of native grasses and perennials. Mixed throughout the design were to be opportunities for public art installations and smaller, more private seating options for individuals or small groups
