In 2013, Anderson + Bohlander began working with Milhaus Development on the second phase of the former Bank One Operations Center redevelopment project in the Market East District of downtown Indianapolis. Anderson + Bohlander initially served as urban designer for the project to suggest building form and character, as well as options for site layout and circulation. The design of the site improvements and internal parking lot centered on creating a unique residential court that could accommodate the daily needs of the ground-floor retail users, but also serve as a space that could be closed off on evenings or weekends for larger programmed events. The parking areas are constructed of permeable unit paving for added stormwater management, and a resident only dog park facility was added for the convenience of the urban residents. The third phase of the project saw the addition of the Mosaic Apartments along the face of an existing parking structure and added a distinct new streetscape design that compliments the the surrounding Market East District
